Carina and the Milky Way

This wide field image was taken with the Canon 5D MkIII and  70mm lens. About 20 exposures of 5 minutes each, at 400, 800, 1600 and 3200 ISO. No darks or bias frames produced, and all noise reduction in the camera was turned off.
